What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Irritation After Having Sex While On Ovuloc-LD?

Hi ! I am taking OVULOC-ID tablet for the past 1 month to regularise my irregular periods. When i had periods i had sex and when periods stopped on the fifth day i had sex again. Now kind of bleeding(I guess it is not periods )and severe irritation. Please help me on what to do next. Also i am continuing to take OVULOC-ID for my second cycle.

Ovuloc LD tablet contains ethinyl estradiol and desogestrel which is used to prevent pregnancy and to treat irregular periods. This medicine helps to prevent the release of the egg and its fertilization by the sperm. It may also help to reduce the risk of ovarian cancer. It doesn't interrupt with sex and you can lead a normal routine life without any worries. Take it as directed by the doctor to get the most benefit. You may experience irregular vaginal bleeding, vaginal irritation, dryness and vaginitis due to dryness while taking Ovuloc LD tablet. If these side effects persist for long, then you should consult your doctor for medical help.
