What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Pain In Abdomen Post Intake Of I Pill?

Hello Doctor.
I had an ipill within 72 hrs after unprotected sex.... I had taken the pill on 1st of December.
The next day (on 2nd of DEC afternoon) I had a little bleeding and then it stopped... Even though there is no bleeding I have a little pain in my back and stomach that I normally experience in my periods otherwise.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
The bleeding you had must be breakthrough bleeding due to intake of unwanted 72. This type of bleeding occur normally with in 3 weeks of emergency pill intake.
You also might have your period can be delayed for some time. This is known side effect of this pill.
Use condom or regular contraceptive pill as method of conception in future. Take unwanted 72 pill just incase of emergency. Taking more emergency contraceptive pills can cause problems like irregular periods, ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome & even infertility.
