What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Pain In The Upper Abdomen?

I just started bleeding last night.it is like a period red not dark in color I use a pieser for bladder control hav been having some pain not bad in upper stomach have had a alter sound on stomach 3 wks go all clear have had back pain.what wrong.should I go to my dr. right away it is the week end which I would have to go to urgent care.
