What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Pain On The Right Side Of Rib Cage?

I suddenly have pain on my ride side in my ribs. Also have vaginal bleeding which started around the same time. I had my last period on October 10. I have never ever had my period come at the wrong time so I am not sure if it s actually another period or related to the rib pain. It is not Cramps.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern. It’s not uncommon to have pain in the area below 12th rib with vaginal bleeding. Various causes for the symptoms include endometriosis, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy, cystitis. In few females contraceptive pills, intrauterine implants or hormonal implants can also cause the mentioned symptoms.
The cause of pain in the rib region due to vaginal pathology is due to nerve supply, sometimes pain from internal organs is felt in area far away from the actual site of pathology as they share same nerve supply. Therefore pain felt in rib region is not cramp but surely is related to vaginal bleeding.
Kindly consult a doctor to get examined along with undergoing diagnostic test to diagnose the accrual cause of symptoms.
