What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Between Periods?

I have been bleeding off and on for a week now just found out I was pregnant based on last period I am 4 weeks and 3 days. I have bleed heavy during the day and none at night. Mild to no cramping no foul smell and a few pen size clots. Can you possibly tell me what is going on

Hello,

It is due to intermenstrual bleeding.

As first-line management you can take drugs like tranexamic acid to control bleeding.

If bleeding persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Detailed evaluation is required including an ultrasound scan.
