What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During 16th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hi I am 16 weeks pregnant.....at my early scan they said I had blood sac so I had bleeding and stop ed in 3 days.....then at few days again I saw the blood clots coming when I rushed to toilet......second scan said I have some clots.....is it normal to have blood clots plus suggest
