My partner just fingered me and once they removed their fingers from inside me there was blood a over their hands. Do I need to go to a doctor? What are some treatments to help the healing inside it? How long does it usually take for a cut in the inside of a vagina to heal?

It could be a minor abrasion of the delicate mucus membrane inside. Nothing much to worry and it will heal by itself in few days. You can apply over the counter available topical antibiotics like mupirocin.
