What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

I m 10 weeks pregnant, and I ve been having vaginal bleeding in and off for the past three weeks. I went to the ER when it first started and they said I was ok, so it s been light and then darker and then light, just went to pee and my panties are bloody, should u be worried, what s going on

I am a lit bit worried about your bleeding. you should have blood test with an ultra sound for your womb and for clinical physical examination. the bleeding that you have could be due to miscarriage. There are kinds of mischarges which don't cause any harm to either the mother or the baby but we should be aware of it so that we can manage it.
