Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Possible causes are like changes in the cervix, vaginal infections, placental abruption, placenta previa, vasa previa etc.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Local and radiological examination is needed. If symptoms don't improve, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
