What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Every Time While Having Sex?

So I ve had bad periods and they seem to always keep getting worse and very painful. I can bleed through a tampon and pad in like a hour. When me and my girlfriend do different things I seem to bleed after every time we do something every time now and I m just wondering why.

I really appreciate your concern, such bleeding could be due to hormone changes, it may come around on its own, if not then it need to be investigated, menopause need to be ruled out, (Your age is missing here) else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
