What Causes Vaginal Bleeding, Headache And Giddiness After Taking I-pill?

Hello I had an unprotected sex 2days before it was my first time and i ejaculate inside. after 3-4 hours i give her an contracepted tablet that is I-Pill manufactured by Cipla. but the next day she bleed twice and feel headache and giddyness. is this bleeding of loosing virginty and should we feel safe after taking pill or is there any chance of being pregnant of her. i am totaly confused what to do now. we wont want to be parent now plz give some advice.

i pill is an emergency contraceptive pill. It needs to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. Earlier it is taken, it would offer better protection in preventing pregnancy.
It acts by causing breakthrough bleeding in the form of periods within 3 weeks from the day of its intake. Most commonly, bleeding occurs within a week of its intake.
In your case, the bleeding what has happened the very next day could be due to rupture of hymen and loosing virginity. Also, she could be having headache and giddiness because of the side effect of the i pill itself. But these symptoms should subside gradually and is not so serious to bother about. Let her eat healthy food and increase the intake of fluids in her diet.
In case she does not have bleeding within 3 weeks, then she needs to seek medical attention immediately.
