What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intake Of Postinor?

I had protected sex on 14/11 and took postinor 2 on the next day after 14 hours of sex and another pill after 10 hours of first pill. In my period calendar ,it showed that i am fertile and will be ovulating on 17/11. I had bleeding on 26/11. What bleeding is this? Is it due to the pill withdrawal bleeding which usually occurs 5 days after taking the pill or is it implantation bleeding or my menstrual bleeding which has arrived early?

Best thing is after 7days have pregnancy test.The result will confirm the status.it can be menstrual bleeding or implantation bleeding. for this gynechologist have to test you and confirm.
