What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Losing Virginity?

Good morning, Ma'am/Sir. I had a date with my supposed to be boyfriend. I met him online and we met the first time. And I liked him then he asked me to go to a hotel. I was so scared. I said no but he said it's okay. I was so scared I didn't know what to do. At first he used a condom. There was little blood. He said bc it's my first time. He asked me to clean myself and I did. The second time I didn't noticed he took it off. It hurt the whole time. The second time, he pulled out and I saw cum splashed out. He said he cummed outside. I saw some white stuff. Then he just said it's done and went to the shower and then just got changed. But I'm really scared. I'm just really scared to get pregnant. I found out it's all a lie and he just wanted sex. He doesn't talk to me now. Doctor pls help me. I'm scared. It happened Dec. 30th. On the 31st morning, I woke up my panties had blood. Quite a lot. I am expecting my menstruation by the end of December. I had my last on Nov 28 til first of December. I am still bleeding rn. Is this my menstrual cycle? I'm scared. I don't want to get pregnant.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Pregnancy is not possible as you had sex in completely safe period. You have last period on 29th November, sex was done on 31st December. Ovulation does not occur during this time so no fertilization will occur. Bleeding could be due to mechanical trauma ( rough sex ), hymen rupture, vaginal infection, cervicitis, and normal menstrual period.

I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab test if needed. Infection require antibiotic and lactobacillus suppository. Take warm sitz bath with added betadine. Wear pure cotton loose inner. Other specific treatment will depend on cause. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
