Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
There are several reasons why you could be bleeding after intercourse.
First, it is possible that you are starting your period a little bit earlier. This is of course the most common cause of vaginal bleeding. But since the periods have not appeared, it might not be the cause in your case.
If you have engaged in unprotected sex it is also possible that you have conceived. After conception, sometimes women experience a small amount of bleeding after implantation.
The other possibility is that you might have had a small amount of trauma in the setting of sexual act that has resulted in a small amount of bleeding now. Usually when women experience bleeding after sexual intercourse it is due to the breaking of small blood vessels at the end of the cervix. These blood vessels are quite fragile and often pop during intercourse. Give your vagina time to heal.
Also, be aware of any signs of infection like pain, unusual secretions or continued bleeding. If symptoms continue, seek medical advise right away.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
