What Causes Vaginal Bleeding, Stomach Cramps And Dizziness?
Hi, I am having vaginal bleeding, cramping, and bouts of dizziness. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and ovarian cysts. I take birth control pills daily to help with these problems. Could the symptoms I m having be associated with my health issues? I am trying to decide whether I need to see my doctor or not.

Yes, it's all related to your health issues especially Endometriosis. You need instant visit to Gynaecologist for proper evaluation and treatment.
If I was your treating physician I would like to prescribe you tablet UTOVLAN (Norethisterone) 5mg, to be taken 1 tablet by mouth every 8 hourly. If bleeding stops, ok. Otherwise I should have increased the dosage of upto 5 tablets a day until bleeding stops. Usually this treatment regimen continues for 6months or so.
