What Causes Vaginal Bleeding, Stomach Pain And Dizziness After Sexual Intercourse?

Hi, I am a 19 year old healthy girl. Yesterday I had sexual intercourse with my boyfriend multiple times and this morning as well. After sexual intercourse this morning I realized I am bleeding from my vagina. The blood is not menstrual blood, but rather like from a cut or injury. I have really slight stomach pain, but have been feeling extremely dizzy. Neither of us have STD s and we used condoms. I have been bleeding for the last 7 hours. I had my whole period cycle 10 days ago. Im really worried, should I sleep on it and see how I feel in the morning or go see a doctor right now?

It seems abnormal to me if this sexual intercourse was not for the first time in your sexual life.

But if you were not virgin before this specific night, then you should go to the Gynecologist right away and get checked if everything is fine in there.
