General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The vaginal bleed with abdomen pain indicate possible vaginal
infection with hormone changes.

My guidelines at present

- vaginal douching with antiseptic liquid
- plenty of liquids to avoid urinary infection
- abstinence from vaginal sex ( if active )
- antispasmodic medication as dicyclomine or drotaverine for pain relief

* Observe for next 48 hours, if bleeding persists, consult your OBGY or primary care physician for further assistance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
