What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With Clots Post Intake Of I Pill?

I had an unplanned unprotected sex where the condom broke and after 23 hours I took the first pills classified under morning after.. then I took the second dosage later than the 12 hours I took exactly 19 hours later but I woke up with blood and 2 pea sized clots should I take another morning after pill since I am still within the 72 hours am very worried

Understand your concern
Vaginal bleeding with clots are common after taking I pill. It is progesterone withdrawal bleeding due to presence of high progesterone in I pill.
It will disappear in 2-4 days. It is very effective in preventing the pregnancy, 95 percent as you have taken with in 24 hour after sexual intercourse.
So do not worry and no need to take another morning after pill.
Period may be delayed by few days as I pill cause temporary disturbance in the menstruation cycle.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal wash to prevent the infections.
