What Causes Vaginal Bleeding With History Of Hysterectomy?

Hi I m a 47 year old female, I have had a partial hysterectomy (still have ovaries), a couple of weeks ago I started noticing faint traces (mostly pink) of blood on the toliet paper when I wipe. If I use the toliet paper and reach in a little deeper I get more blood. There is no pain, or tenderness, what could cause this?
