please help
my fiance and me was wondering about a couple things she's having lower abdominal pain she had a pain in the back and she also had spotting so we stopping the birth control she was on now she is bleeding heavily like she's having her period we went to the obgyn and they didn't give us any information that we didn't get off of google she didn't say anything about her being pregnant or not being pregnant but she was having early signs of being pregnant so we don't know what to do
