Dear doctors, I have been told I have Lichen planus and that there is no cure. How can I get rid of the buring, itching in my vaginal area. I have had it for 4 years and my sex life is nil and I am about to lose my husband if I don't get some kind of help. Is there any thing to help me get rid of this as this is painful for me. My age is 65,weight 206 and I have diabetes and cornorary artery disease
