What Causes Vaginal Discharge After Conception?

i found out new years eve that i am pregnant but have not been to a doctor yet. I just went to the restroom and noticed brown spotting on my underwear and when i wiped. I have not strained or lifted anything heavy today. Just my normal routine. Should i worry about the spotting.

Brown vaginal discharge after conception could be a worrisome symptom. However it could be implantation bleeding if it occured before your next probable period.
Most probably brown vaginal discharge means that you have high possibility of undergoing an miscarriage. Therefore you should consult your gynaecologist for diagnosis & treatment plan of the problem. Delaying it could end up into a miscarriage.
An ultrasound may be done. If miscarriage has not taken place medicines would be given to prevent it in future.
