What Causes Vaginal Discharge Along With Abdominal Cramping During Pregnancy?
I am 32 weeks pregnant on Thursday, and experiencing odd body symptoms. Increased vaginal discharge (no blood), more frequent bowel movements, stomach gurgle noises, an occasional cramping feeling in my lower abdomen, and a mild backache most of the day. I haven t noticed anything coming in waves or being time-able, but with the increased bowel movements are an urge to go similar to having diarrhea.. I also had a minor temperature a few days ago. Could any of this be an early labor hint? Such as my body preparing?
