What Causes Vaginal Discharge Along With Bad Odour In A Dialytic Patient?

Hi, I am a 76yr.old female on dialysis. I have had a bladder infection for two months and have had anti-biotics twice. I have a very bad odor and some type of discharge. My current Dr. said not to let any one give me anti-biotics cause I will always have an infection while I am on dialysis. Also there is an irritating pain associated with it. What type of Dr. do I contact? Thank you very much. Mrs. Milam
