What Causes Vaginal Discharge Post Intercourse?

I m a female, age 18. Had sex with a girl (my first time) & we used a dildo on me. At one point we used a larger side of the dildo, which I wanted to try but didn t like (it kind of hurt) so we went back to the smaller side and continued. There was a little bleeding during. It continued afterwards, and there is still some light brown discharge and a little fresh blood after I urinate two days later. Do I need to seek medical attention or is it likely that we just managed to tear a bit when I got too eager and I can just let it be?

Hi friend,

Based on the condition you described, it seen likely that you developed tear in the vaginal wall. This is the cause of bleeding post-coitally. Most tear will stop bleeding spontaneously, however, you should seek medical attention if the bleeding become severe or lasting more than 5 days.
