What Causes Vaginal Discharge With Odor Post Intercourse With History Of Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. They removed my tubes and my uterus. I had sex a few days ago with my husband because I was feeling good and he ejaculated inside. Now I have a weird smell coming out of my vagina. I have no pain. I do have discharge and its pink I guess due to the slight blood still in there. I m embarrassed to call my Dr since he stated no sex for about 6 weeks. I m scared that I may have messes something up in there or may have caused and infection. Should I be worried and go see my Dr. I have never had odor coming from my vagina before not even when I use to have my period.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is bad odour then it could be due to collection of blood (menses ) some time may be due to infection, for prophylaxis purpose antibiotic can be tried, no need to worry about this, with the time this will be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
