I m having some discomfort in the vaginal area & after I drank plenty of water it went away but then tonight I went to pee & wiped & it was pink & it s not my period cause I have like 2 more weeks till that. I had unprotected sex last night could that have caused anything

Yes it could be caused by unprotected sex. During sexual contact there is rubbing of vaginal mucosa that can cause injury to it.
