What Causes Vaginal Discomfort And Lower Back Pain?
Piece of flesh hanging from my vagina. It s been about 4 months now. I thought it will fall off. But now I can feel a discomfort in my vagina. And lower back pain and passing gas all the time and from yesterday, I experience pain on my inside of my best buttocks.

I think you may be suffering from hysteroptosis, part of uterus or column falling down vagina. I think you can use pessaries and estrogen creams to help you relieve symptoms. Also visiting a gynaecologist can be advisable.
