General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is due to lack of estrogen and letrazole (which blocks the production of estrogen will be a cause). Consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated. Over the counter available estrogen creams can be helpful.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
