What Causes Vaginal Fluid Discharge And Delayed Menstruation After Taking Ipill?

I and my gf had foreplay i tried to insert but we didn t go through. I gave her ipill just within3 hours of our act. Now her periods got delayed and some white liquid is coming out of her vagina since 3-4 days. Is there any symptoms of her pregnancy. ?

I Pill contains levonorgestrel, a female natural sex hormone that acts as an emergency contraceptive method and is used in the prevention of unwanted pregnancies from unprotected sexual intercourses when it is taken within 24-72 hours of having unprotected sex. It may cause delayed, missed or prolonged menstrual cycles, heavy bleeding during periods, vaginal discharge, spotting or breakthrough bleeding between periods, vaginal bleeding, breast tenderness and enlargement, mood swings, anxiety, nervousness and many more.

Most of these side effects are mild as well as self limiting and usually go away over time without any medical treatment. If side effects bother you, consult her doctor. If your girlfriend has any doubt to become pregnant, then she should undergo urine for pregnancy test 7 days after the next missed period.
