I have experienced severe inflammation vaginally with a rash in the perineal area and severe burning / itching in the creases of my inner thighs and from my posterior waist and legs down to my feet. I have had symptoms for 3 months. I have been treated with Diflucan in 2 consecutive sessions then Ketoconazole topical then Flagyl 500 mg 3 x day for 10 days. Taking last pill tonight with very little relief. what could i have and what specialty md should i seek
