What Causes Vaginal Itching After A Surgical Abortion?
I had a surgucal abortion at 8wks jan 26 after the bleeding stopped i developed an extreme itch on the opening of my vagina i had antibiotics becasue i thought it was a yeast infection but it continued. I got my first cycle after the abortion last week and it the itch is back. Im not sure whats wrong with me.

Vaginal itching is in relation with bacterial or fungal infection after a surgical abortion, with due consideration of allergy to sanitary pads be kept in mind.
Taking care of local hygiene with gentian violet application, systemic medications of antibiotic, anti-fungal, anti-histamine will cure the issue.
