What Causes Vaginal Itching After Child Birth?

Post delivery, for some time there can be an amount of lower immunity following the stress of pregnancy and delivery. Vaginal irritation or itching can occur most often due to candidal infection of the vagina. You may take a drug like Fluconazole 150 mg tablet once a week for 4 weeks. If the itching is due to candida albicans, then it will go away. Plus if need be for immediate symptom relief a levocetirizine tablet at night can taken for a few days(5 to 6 days). Or else best to consult your personal doctor. Thanks.
