Hi There

After going through your query I understand your concern.

I would like to tell you that severe vaginal itching with abnormal discharge or red patches is cause to concern. Vaginal itching can be a result of irritating chemicals ,in the form of soap, cream or ointments etc, atopic dermatitis, sexual transmitted disease and Psoriasis.

Kindly consult with a gynecologist to evaluate underlying condition and further treatment.

Hope to have been Helpful.

Kind Regards
Dr. Navneet Bansal
