.Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thanks for putting up your query over here.
Bleeding after sex with burning sensation in urine and lower
abdominal pain all points towards presence of pelvic inflammatory diseases like candiadiasis or sexually transmitted diseases like chlamydia or
gonorrhea.
If I were your treating doctor,I would recommend,
-Vaginal
clotrimazole tab suppository for 3-5 days.
-Refrain from sex till treatment is completed.
-Maintain genital hygiene.Avoid using commercial perfumes or creams.Wipe from front to back in toilet.
-Simultaneous treatment of partner is necessary.
-visit to gynaecologist is necessary.Pelvic examination, cervical swab culture, urine culture may be required to establish the causative microbe.Accordingly treatment can be given.
Usually an antibiotic course with doxycycline or
azithromycin is given for 10-14 days.
USG abdo and
Pap smear may be advised to rule out other less likely possibilities of bleeding.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks.
