General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pregnancy is related to last menstruation date which you have not mentioned.

You take Fluconazole for white discharge from vagina and take laxative if you have constipation and blood from anus.

Consult your physician for prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
