General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection. Irritant you used (hair removal cream) might have increased the irritation. For such condition in patients I would advise ointments containing combination of antifungal agents like miconazole, anti bacterial like gentamycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Using intimate wash daily is also helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
