What Causes Vaginal Itching With Brown Discharge And Irregular Periods?

Help ImmediatelyOkay so I have vaginal itching and have had it for quite some time but now I have discharge brownish and irregular periods.. I think this might be because I used the depo shot for about two year. I just became sexually active sept 22 and I bled after intercourse then the next times I didnt but last weekend I had rough sex and I bled for three days after.. IM SCARED I MIGHT HAVE A SEVRE YEAST INFECTION OR HPV OR SOMETHING PLEASE WRITE BACK SOON!!
