General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I would like to know more about your condition. Do you have discharge or a change in skin color.
Judging only from the itching, I can think of a yeast infection. I would treat my patient with a single dose of Miconazol.
But your case seems more complicated and in need of a specific evaluation.
Regarding masturbation, it is not the cause, but it can help spread the infection.
Please consider visiting a gynecologist.

Wish you health,
Eni Manoku M.D.
