Hello dear
I understand your concern
Following are the causes of pain after intercourse.
1. Trauma to vaginal wall (If penetration without lubrication)
2. Infections in the vagina, pelvic inflammation disease
Infection should be confirmred by the vaginal swan tests,
Take following advice
1. If it is due to friction trauma the it will goes its own with in 4-5 days
2. Tablet
meftal spas two times a day till pain is there.
3. Use lubricants while sex.
Do sex in relaxation.
You should let go penis inside very slowly with lots of lubrication, once you feel pain, wait for sometime and then proceeds.
It will decrease after 4-5 sexual intercourse as resistance is decreased.
Your partner should be gentle, and get you in the mood in order to increase natural lubrication.
Do not keep the intercourse for a long time, since that will not only rub off the lubricants, it will also cause friction to the surrounding tissue.
While regular intercourse will reduce the incidence of bleeding, avoid frequent intercourse (more than once) in a single day.
Maintain hygiene in pelvic area.
Wash pelvic area with warm salted water to reduce infection and inflammation.
Hope this may help you.
Wish you good health.
Best regards
