What Causes Vaginal Pain And Bleeding During 35 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hi doctor am 22 years old and now am 35 weeks pregnant..before 2 days I got little pain in my vagina and bleeding too.. i just take an ultrasound scan and it shows a single loop of cord around the baby s neck.. I wish to get a normal delivery and is anything serious in my report .?

any bleeding even intermittent should be fully investigated at this stage as there are variety of medical conditions which may cause this including some minor conditions such as cervical ectropion and cervical polyp but there may be some serious causes like placenta praevia and placental abruption
it needs thorough medical check up and investigations to spot a confirm diagnosis

i would strongly suggest you to see a Gynecologist to rule out any underlying medical condition
