I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you. As you are full term now and due for delivery, your baby head will come down and starts engaging so you experience pain near the vagina. And the vaginal discharge is common now. If you have contractions along with pain and if your amniotic sac is ruptured and you are passing amniotic fluid then consult your doctor immediately. Otherwise the symptoms you are experiencing are normal pregnancy symptoms.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.
Wish you speedy recovery. Take care.
