What Causes Vaginal Sensitivity During Urination?

HI HOW CAN I KNOW IF I HAVE uti OR prostate problems. i have to turn on the water fasset to pee it makes it easier, also when i do pee it feels like i am having clamaxing . i am drinking a lot of water hoping if i have a infection i can pee it away. hopefully.

Infection is an acute event, this means that the symptoms related to an infection are not long standing. Infections would cause acute onset of discomfort on urination, change in the color or odor of the urine, frequency and urgency to urinate.

The need to turn on a water faucet to help with urination sounds like hesitancy which is common with prostate enlargement.
