What Causes Vaginal Spotting 3 Weeks After Menstrual Cycle?
Hello, this month im experiencing thick black period without any pain and also two weeks before my periods due... I was surprised to see blood just three weeks after my last period. Im 18 and i have been very stressed if that may be a contributing factor?
Do not worry. Almost every woman will experience it at some point in her life. In most cases, spotting before your period is no cause for concern. However, in some situations, it could signal a reproductive health problem. Possible causes are hormonal imbalance, infection or vaginal dryness. So go to your regular doctor rule out these possibilities.
Here are some advice which you should follow for your better health.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle and a normal weight because overweight can lead to abnormal periods. To manage pain, use ibuprofen or other pain killers. Avoid aspirin, which may increase bleeding. Try to keep your stress under control with relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, deep breathing and aerobic exercise. Wish you a healthy life. Take care.
