What Causes Vaginal Spotting After IUI Procedure?

Did iui and had hcg injection on day 7 past iui. Continued drinking duphaston.. On day 06 and 07 past iui, i noticed creamy pinkish discharge. Then on day 08 till now im spotting but very little.. Still drinking duphaston.. I tested today (day 14) but it is negative.. I have not seen again my doctor. What seems to be is happening to me?

Pregnancy test should be positive at day 14. Bleeding after iui is due to the medication rather than the procedure it self. Ortherwise the procedure cannot cause bleeding for more then 3 days.
