What Causes Vaginal Spotting After A Laparoscopic Surgery?

I had laparoscopic surgery done 2 weeks ago to remove my gallbladder. After surgery, i spotted blood. I thought maybe i had started my period. I had slight clear discharge mixed with the blood for several day. It became darker red and heavier for almost 4 days. I went back to work without the ok from my surgeon, 3 days ago. I am a server, im on my feet all night and walk fast pace constantly. I am now bleeding again, and cramping like im on my period. Should i be concerned with either times ive bled?

As per my opinion, chronic coughing due to COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) can lead formation or aggravation of hemorrhoids because of constant increases intra-abdominal pressure.

Do you have problem of constipation? Does blood coming is red or fresh or it is dark brown in color?

Fresh blood is suggestive of hemorrhoids and while dark brown color is suggestive of bleeding in stomach. Fresh red blood in stool with anal pain is suggestive of hemorrhoids. For that, consult a surgeon.
