What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Dermoid Cyst Removal?
I had dermoid cyst removed from ovaries in the process they removed my left ovary and some of my right ovary. Since my surgery my cycle has changed just spotting. I am concerned if I will be able to have another child since I am 37 years old and I ve have two positive urine pregnancy test. Hoever both blood test was negative. Is this normal?

Hi,
You should get a fresh hormonal profile as well as ultrasound pelvis to see for viability of the genital tract as well as condition of endometrium. If normal you can have another child. Irregularities in mensuration may be due to hormonal imbalance after the surgery so that should be rule out and if so should be treated with hormonal replacement.
