What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Gall Bladder Removal?
I had gall bladder removal laparoscopy done on Dec 15, on depo shot for birth control. Had a new shot on Dec 12. Day of surgery I was lightly spotting. Hadn t had a period in 2 months. On Dec 28 I stood up and had a major gush of blood and clots that soaked my clothing. Again on Jan 15 and twice after. It is a huge amount of blood and after I can soak a pad in less then an hour. Sometimes it goes away - this last time for 3 days. Sometimes heavy sometimes not. On the 15 and 17 huge clots. Is this related to surgery. Why so much bleeding on depo
Thank you fir your question. The gall bladder operation may not be related to the bleeding, however the fall stone are common in five Fs. Female. Fertile. Forty. Fiffty years. Fat. The depo injection are the ones causing the spoting this is very common in people in this birth control method. one of the things you may need us to stop the depo and go for other birth vintrol method. this may stop the bleeding. If you continue consult gyneacologist.
