Hi, me and my boyfriend had sex when i was not ovulating and im also taking a birth control pill. He ejaculated inside me with no condom. we thought we were all fine but today i got a red spot of blood when i went to the toilet, could this mean im prgenant?

Red spot with some discharge? Maybe pelvic infection. One spot, need not worry. You had sex in safety period. You are taking pills. If you are still worried, go for pregnancy test.
