What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Periods?

hi, I have had contraceptive pills last month. post that got my periods 2 times in a month. this period, experiencing blood spots even after periods and anus is paining while passing stool.dr speculated hormonal imbalance due to contraceptive and hemeroids. have suggested me to apply scheriproct oitment (Bayers) however been 3 days and blood spotting not stopped. kindly advise. I am based in Melbourne
